Le Chat

1. In Le Chat, open Connectors and click + Add Connector.
2. Open the Custom MCP Connector tab.
3. Name it localseodata (no spaces) and enter https://mcp.localseodata.com/mcp.
4. Click Connect. Le Chat detects the sign-in method; log in with your Local SEO Data account and click Allow.

Adding connectors is an admin feature. On Free, Pro and Student plans you're the admin of your own account.

Using an API key instead

If Le Chat asks for a token, choose Bearer token and paste your API key. You'll find your API key in the API Keys dashboard. It starts with sk_live_.

Check it works

Ask: "What's my Local SEO Data balance?" That calls the free get_balance tool, so it costs nothing and shows the connection is live. Then try a real question, like "Who are the top 3 on Google Maps for plumbers in Denver?" Most answers cost 2 to 10 credits, and new accounts start with 100.
